The facility is available to anyone holding a dedicated radar key resident within Friockheim, Angus and the U.K.
The facility ensures that wheelchair users and support staff and their carers have access to the required equipment essential for toilet/change/transfer and physio.

Without access to a Changing Places facility, people are often socially isolated and unable to travel far from home. Approximately a quarter of a million people in the UK require use of a Changing Places toilet.
The facility will enable the Hub to accommodate the needs of individuals and groups who require additional support and may currently have no access to resource and respite centres or supportive groups. It will also promote integration with the rest of the community and provide enhanced social opportunities.
